You may access the building during non-business hours by using your security fob.
AFTER HOURS ACCESS
The building’s management personnel are not authorized to allow any individual access to a tenant’s suite or a secured floor, unless prior security clearance has been authorized by the tenant representative, and the Management Office has been notified during regular business hours. All after-hours visitors must be met in the lobby and escorted.
SECURITY FOB USE
To ensure the proper operation of your security fob, which provides access to the building, please take the following steps:
- Do not lend your fob to anyone else (when fobs get switched, they are difficult to trace). If you lose you fob, report it to the Management Office immediately to have it de-activated. If you need to change the name assigned to the fob, please call the Management Office.
- If you need additional security fobs for new employees or to replace lost fobs, please call the Management Office. There will be a charge to replace lost, stolen, or damaged fobs, so please treat them with care.
DELIVERY AND PICK UP RESTRICTIONS
Delivery and Pick Up Restrictions: Deliveries through the building lobby are not permitted. All deliveries must be made via the building’s loading dock and freight elevator. Any damages resulting from misuse will be charged to the responsible party. For large deliveries, delivery companies should provide masonite to protect along the path of the delivery and must provide a Certificate of Insurance to the Management Office. All large deliveries and pick ups must be coordinated with the Management Office 48-hours in advance and may require additional building coverage which will be at the tenant’s expense. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this building regulation.
NEWSPAPER DELIVERY PROCEDURES
All newspapers delivered to the front entrance of the building will be placed at the corresponding tenant’s suite by the Day Porter prior to 8:00 a.m. It is the tenant’s responsibility to call the distributor directly to report any missing papers and request a duplicate copy.
MAIL SERVICE
There is a mail room located at the on the 2nd floor. Upon move-in, each company is given a mail key to their mailbox in that mail room.
KEY AND LOCK POLICY
To maintain the integrity of the building's security system, keys and other locksmith services must be coordinated through the Management Office. All requests must be submitted via the Tenant Center by an authorized tenant representative.
